Nigeria (Africa) and " The SEED"
Good morning.
I have observed ,with some ill-feeling ( not judgmental though), how in Africa, we eat the seed of what we manage to produce or get from mother earth.
Ewa agonyi is a delicacy relished by many. The sauce is made from pepper seeds. Ponmo is another funmeal that many enjoy ( yours truly included) and it is animal skin sourced mainly from cow. Cashew is a major fruit, we eat more of the seeds and can hardly find enough supply of Cashew. Mango seed is also consumed as soup.
I am just thinking that maybe this is a lifestyle in Africa.. And that this can be extrapolated to explain why we consume all we get without investing in our collective future ?
